Frequently Asked Questions

Get answers to common questions about Decals.

Decals typically last as long as the extensions they’re attached to — usually one to three weeks depending on your lash growth cycle, care routine, and activities. Avoid oil-based products and excessive rubbing to help them stay longer.

When applied and removed by experienced technicians, Decals do not damage natural lashes or extension bonds. We use safe adhesives and precise methods to avoid added stress. If you have fragile lashes, your technician will recommend alternatives or placement adjustments.

Absolutely. During your appointment our artist will show available colors, shapes, sizes, and placement options. We’ll tailor the design to your eye shape, lash length, and desired effect for a cohesive, wearable look or bolder statement.

Treat your lashes gently: avoid rubbing, picking, and oil-based makeup or removers. Keep lashes dry for the first 24–48 hours and avoid steam or saunas. Brush daily with a clean spoolie and schedule gentle refills or removals with our team.

Decals are water-resistant but not fully waterproof. Short showers are fine, but prolonged soaking, chlorine, or saltwater can weaken adhesive and shorten lifespan. Rinse gently after swimming and avoid oil-based sunscreens or cleansers near the lash line to protect decals.

Your appointment starts with a brief consultation to choose design, color, and placement. Application typically takes 15–30 minutes as decals are placed precisely onto extensions. You’ll relax in a comfortable setting, receive aftercare tips, and leave with a striking, customized lash look.
